What is junk food;


 Easy to eat,Low- nutrient prepackaged foods,fantastic in taste but very harmful for health. 

Nowadays, the trend of junk food is growing very fast.young people and  children eat it with great enthusiasm.  There is a lot of junk food. Among which noodles,  pizza and  burger  is the top.All these are poison for their health. Parents are also happily provide all these to their children. 

Spread diseases from junk food;

This is the reason why diseases like obesity, heart disease, kidney failure and blood pressure are spreading rapidly in children and young generation. 

Negative effects on health;

The main cause this is the seemingly clean and very tasteful products produced by the market. Mostly dirty food items found in markets  are bad for health, but do you know that food and drinks in beautiful  colours and packets also have very negative effects on health. 

Chemicals enhance the taste;

Now matter how many quality and famous brands you buy,they are very harmful to the health because  chemicals are added to enhance the taste,which  in excess affects our internal body system.

Every day we're eaten foods that are high enough in sodium that we need to  eliminate them from our grocery list at all costs. 

Let's tell  you which are the harmful foods that are making good money by pretending to be healthy and well and you don't know that you are losing your health. 

Chicken noodles soup;

These are kids favourites and adults love them too much because they are so easy to make and eat. It's salty soup which is present in the packet  of noodles is who gives your noodles spiciness and enhance the taste but may prove to be dangerous for those people  who are take less sodium that noodles contain about 100 mg of sodium, which can be very heavy for their health. 

Moreover,excessive sodium can lead to hypertension leading to depression. TV commercials also claim that noodles are nutritious and it will make the child strong and energetic. However, the facts are quite the opposite. 

Be careful;

So parents should be careful not to feed noodles to their children. And make sure the kids prepare the noodles at home with fresh chicken soup and home spices they will taste much better than those noodles. 

Pizza;


You have become so accustomed to eating pizza that you have started to consider it necessary to tell at home or at a restaurant every day. But now you maybe shocked to lean that just 2 slices of pizza contain 1280 mg of sodium. Which is much higher than your dietary standard rate,then you are warned to be careful about eating pizza.It doesn't matter if you eat it in a month or two but if you eat it in moderation, it will be a good step for your health. If you are fond of pizza then try to make at home .

Fast food cheeseburger ;🍔

When you go to a restaurant or other similar places, you ask for extra stuffing on the burger to achieve the desired taste. By doing this you are giving our tongue a delicious taste but you know this fast food eating you are doing dangerous damage your stomach. These fast food cheeseburgers  have a delicious taste but harmful for health. You get 798mg of sodium from a fast cheeseburger. Which is clearly considered a sign of danger.

According to recent research, the rate of  depression is higher among fast food eaters. 

Why you prefer junk food;

You prefer eating junk food because it is available anywhere.it can be eaten anywhere and at any time. They provide  services 24hrs.And saves your precious time. But the most valuable thing destroys your health. 

Eating these foods once in a while doesn't matter, but getting addicted to these foods can take your health by your own hands.

Major diseases;

By being careful  with these things, you can avoid major diseases. Among them, weight gain, digestive system, depression, high blood pressure, cholesterol, dental problems, headaches, joint pain constipation and stomach problems etc.
