Asthma

 Asthma is a chronic disease of the respiratory tract that causes shortness of breath due to inflammation in the respiratory tract. Accumulation of respiratory diseases, asthma is a chronic disease and asthma patients suffer a lot in winter. According to the world health organisation, about 30 million people worldwide are asthma patients. And about 2.5 lac people are die of this disease.7% of Pakistanis total population suffers from asthma.

Symptoms usually start in childhood, but it can affect people of any age. 50% asthmatic patients suffer from this disease before the age of 10 years. It affects both men and women equally, but among children, boys are more prone to it.

Asthma in children  has various causes,which can be hereditary.


Unnecessary use of antibiotics and 
the baby with formula instead of breast milk also increase the chances of contracting the asthma. 

An asthmatic patient usually allergic. For example, if the patient comes in contact with something that the patient is allergic to, he will have a asthma attack. All  the stimuli that trigger an asthmatic attack are called asthma attack.One patient's motivations may have a different intensity of attack.

In general these symptoms appear in the morning and evening hours, which are more and less intense. Sometimes all these symptoms disappear, but they appear again in dusty and cold weather.

Asthma patients can avoid a potentially serious risk by taking precautions from the asthma. 

Avoid smoking and avoid secondhand smoke. 

Keep pets out of bedrooms. 

Don't use strong perfumes. 

Keep matters and bedding  sterile and wash regularly. 

Avoid carpeting in the bedroom. 

Avoid bleach and chemicals in household cleaning. 

Don't go out of the house during cold weather. And if it is very important to go,cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief. 

Avoid air pollution and cold air as much as possible. 

Don't sit near a ring of wood and coal. 

Avoid asthma triggers .

Eat good and nutritious food. If a food aggravates the disease and is observed by the patient, discontinue the use of such food. 

Asthma also be caused by some food and drinks such as peanut and other dried fruits  etc. 

Eating fast food and sugary drinks is like poison for asthmatics, Australian  researchers say. And this asthmatic medicine reverses the effects of the Inhaler. 

If you don't know what is causing you to have asthma, first of all  the cause must be determined by specific tests. 


Experts say that medicine becomes ineffective even by eating high-fat foods high in fat and sugar tend to stress the airways. Asthmatic medicine becomes ineffective even by eating high-fat  foods. it is better for asthma patients to keep a balanced diet and eat more vegetables and fruits.

 Immediately Consult a doctor;

As long as there is a problem in the respiratory tract, it becomes sore,then there is difficulty in breathing and along with it the cough starts, then you will understand the asthma has attacked.if a man is asthma attacked, consult a doctor immediately and strictly follow the prescribed treatment.if medication is prescribed for continuous control or long-term use,never change or stop without consulting your doctor.if not treated properly at the right time,asthma can be fatal.However, complete control is possible with a little care and proper treatment.life is one of the most precious things in the world, so take care of it.

Home remedy;

Mix a spoonful of honey and half a spoon of fresh ginger water and sprinkle it with finely ground pepper and eat it in the morning before breakfast and at night before going to sleep. 

And always practicing caution and prevention is better than cure.
