Who can deny the importance of water, life can't imagine life without it,you can survive almost without foods, but water is scare,it is difficult to survive.
Adequate amount of water necessary for body;
Adequate amount of water is very important for human body.you can't imagine how much benefits you can get from using adequate amount of water

What is the role of water in your body?The human body is based 55% to 78% water.It is an established fact that two-thirds of the human body consists of water.And that water is an essential part of the human body.
Did you know that your tissues and organs are largely made up of water?
Muscles 75%contains water.
Brain 95% contains water.
Bones 22% contains water.
Blood 83%contains water.
Water transport glucose, oxygen, and fat in your body to the muscles that move it other than that,its carbon dioxide, away from the muscles that move.so our muscles work in balance. Your body can cause cell death if it exceeds a certain temperature. When you are working, your body produces heat.And it is very important to keep tis heat balanced. Your body achieves this balance by sweating takes out.

The beneficial effects of water that we can achieve for our health by consuming adequate amount of water will surely intrest you as well as surprise you.
Weight loss;
Water helps in weight loss because water helps the body to flush out the waste products that are formed as a result of fat digestion. Also consuming adequate amounts of water reduces the sensation and intensity of hunger and consequently helps in weight loss.

Although there are many health reasons, but dehydration is one of the most important causes of headaches, and proper water intake can help relieve headaches caused by this.

Dark coloured urine is dark yellow or orange in colour. When you consume adequate amount of water in your daily routine, the urine is light.And your body needs water and dark colour urine means that the body is overheated and can be cooled with water.
Seeing this important and responsible function of water in body, it can be called. Off course, the existence of human body is not possible without water.
Don't exceed a certain limit of water because excess water can also lead to cold,swelling in the hands and feet, dizziness, and life- threatening brain disease.
