High blood pressure

 The human body  normally has 5 to 6 litres and  the human heart cleans 5 litres of blood per second to supply fresh blood to the body.

When the blood pressure in the arteries that carry blood from the heart to other parts of the body increases too much and heart has to use more force to pump blood. In such situations, the heart muscles has to contract and expand more forcefully so that oxygen and blood can reach the distant parts of the body. 

This is very dangerous condition as it can damage the heart muscle and stop pumping blood involuntarily, which can lead to sudden death. 

In order to provide fresh blood to the body by separating the irregular substances.

The body has a regular system of arteries and veins. Through them,the blood reaches the heart, then the heart, after pumping it,sends it to other parts of body through the arteries and veins. 

When these blood vessels are under pressure, their flow towards the heart is accelerated. The faster the heartbeat, the higher the BP. When that blood returns from the heart to the body through the arteries,so the walls and cells in the narrow blood vessels become constricted. 


Normal blood pressure less than 120/80

 Indicates the risk of high blood pressure between/80 and 139/89. 

140/90 or higher than it is called hypertension ( BP). 

Almost every one knows about blood pressure, how much it effects human health and can be dangerous. 

The first sign of high blood pressure is stress.Due to the rapid circulation of blood in the veins of a person in the presence of anxiety and anger, it has a severe effect on the brain cells. 

Automatically, his pulse rate also increases and in this situation there is a risk of heart attack due to high blood pressure. 

Under the influence of severe mental stress, a healthy person can also suffer from high blood pressure. But experiments prove that stress and overwork apart from deeply complicated issues can cause high blood pressure in a healthy person as well.

Causes of high blood pressure;

The clear cause of high blood pressure is not known, but there are many factors and habits that are associated with the causes of high blood pressure.

High intake of salt 

Vitamin d deficiency 

Excessive drinking

High blood pressure doesn't have any visible symptoms, so it is called the silent killer

Redness of the eyes and swelling of the eyes and face

Nauseating and vomiting
