 Here in this blogpost I will share with you about stroke symptoms and basic treatment. 

What is stroke disease;

Stroke is a disease during which the brain is damaged and a part of the body becomes paralyzed ,and if proper treatment is given in time, its effects can be minimized, however, most people mistake the symptoms of this life-threatening disease for other medical conditions. Problems are understood and treatment is delayed.

Stroke attacks on brain;

After a stroke, the brain is losing 1.9 million cells with each passing minute, and if treatment facilities are not available for 1 hour, the brain age  decreases by 3.5 years .This decreases the risk of problems such as speech difficulties, memory loss and behavioral changes.
The sooner a stroke is caught ,the more effectively it can be  treated and the less damage done to the brain. Another type is in which a blood  vessel starts leaking in to the brain.
Symptoms of stroke;
The symptoms of both types of stroke are similar and it is important for everyone to be aware of them.
Offering two things instead of one thing  twice, dirty water,or loss of vision in one eye can be symptoms of paralysis, but most people mistake these symptoms for old age or fatigue.
Don't use painkillers;


And in this,people use painkillers to relax the body and during this period the entire body becomes numb and this is the first stroke attack.
Medical experts say;
According to medical experts, any person may experience difficulty in thinking for a moment, but if its duration increases, it is a cause  for concern. Both of these diseases have the same mental symptoms, according to experts, people suffering from half-headach should be treated like a stroke and should seek help from doctors. 
Numbness hands or body;
If you wake up from sleep or wake up after a long nap in the afternoon and feel numbness in your hands or feet or fall asleep, it can be easily assumed that this is the result of nerve compression, but  medical experts  say.if the feeling of numbness or weakness does not go away within a few minutes, immediate medical attention should be sought.
Stroke is a life-threatening disease;
A stroke is a disease that can cause not only the paralysis of a part of the body but also death. It happens when an artery that supplies blood to the brain is blocked,then the brain can't  function due to  lack of  blood and oxygen. Quits can target any age gap caused by today's lifestyle increases blood pressure increases risk of life-threatening diseases.
Stroke symptoms;
Sever headache
Dizziness
Changes in speech
Adversity is a wave of sensations in the body.
Causes of stroke;
Excess of phlegm, sorrow, cold wind,excessive intercourse, blockage of brain veins, weakness etc ,are common causes of stroke.
Stroke can be prevented;
Fortunately, stroke can be prevented by making a few lifestyle changes,
Reduce salt;
including reducing salt intake,
according to the experts say that you should use half a spoon of salt daily. Most people consume too much salt. Salt increases blood pressure, which is the most important factor that increases the risk of stroke.
Eat apple;
  Eat One apple daily, people who consume more than 171 grams of white fruits and vegetables per day  may be reduce at risk of stroke.,and pears are rich in fiber and inflammation-fighting antioxidants. People are also benefited from cucumber, garlic, onion etc.
Eat tomatoes;
The antioxidants lycopene in tomatoes gives tomatoes their red colour. Which group of people have too much quantity of lycopene in their blood. The risk of stroke is reduced 5%.
Sweat comes out ;
From which sweat comes out and the person remains happy and the risk of stroke is reduced.
Eat chocolate;


Chocolate is rich antioxidants that fight damage to blood vessels and prevent the formation of blood clots that leads to strokes.
Anxiety;
Anxiety and depression is something that effects the risk of stroke, According to a study even mild anxiety and depression increase the risk of death from diseases related to blood vessels, so avoid anxiety and depression.
Medicine side effects;
Some medications can also increase the risk of stroke, including prescription pain relievers and contraceptives.
Care your teeth;
Healthy teeth keep the heart and mind healthy. Bad gums lead to  an increase in bacteria  that attack the arteries of the heart and stop blood flow. So take care of your teeth and avoid strokes.
Avoid smoking;
Avoid smoking if you watch,put out the cigarette because this habit doubles to quadruple the risk of both types of stroke.
Blood pressure;
Keeping your blood pressure below normal is also helpful for stroke prevention. One study found that even a small increase or decrease in blood pressure can increase the risk of stroke by 55%more than the normal level. Moderate weight loss abstinence from smoking etc  are helpful.
Daily exercise;
If some exercises is done during the stroke attack, the muscles can become stronger and the person can get better again.

Diet soda increases  stroke risk. So avoid it because health is necessary. 
Did you know  that blood pressure protects you from risks like diabetes and stroke?
However, experts say that tea should be consumed without milk, while green tea is beneficial for health. According to the council, drinking three to five cups of tea daily  reduces the risk of arterial diseases that lead to  stroke.
Best foods for stroke patients;
1beans
2 yogurt 
3 oatmeal 
4 apples
5 olive oil 
6 spinach 
7 eggs
8 whole grain products 
9 lentils 
These foods are helpful  but proper treatment is necessary for best results.
Note;
If not treated in time ,it can lead to permanent disability.
