 Why does not height increase?

In today's era, people have started to stay short due to lack of exercise. As soon as a person reaches the age of puberty, their growth stops and the growth of height also stops. If the growth is not done properly, then the height remains short.

Experts attribute short stature to genetics as well as an unbalanced diet and their environment. 

The human body is like a machine and these fiber systems inside the body work like that,and fresh blood keeps everything in the body flowing as fuel. And the movements of these organs have a profound effect on the making or falling of height. 

In fact, the structure of the human body is very complex. The human body is made up of countless cells. They are divided into parts of the human cell and you call them fiber.There are some connections that affect the outer surface of the body and stabilize  the outer surface. While there are some relationships that serve to connect other parts, like your body from waste ,that serve to make and decorate the body. Now it is the strength of these fibers how much they make it strong.

Velocity of height increase according age;


After birth, the baby grows rapidly. And five years growth is regular but after sixteen years this speed slows down. And from 18 years to 20 years it cannot increase more than 5 inch per year. By age 25,growth stops completely. 

People who want to grow tall should take special care of their balanced diet. 

Minerals requirements for height;

Protein provides energy to our body because most of our body is made up of protein which is found in meat.

Calcium and phosphorus found in our teeth and bones are closely related to heart rate due to their deficiency. Due to their deficiency, fullness occurs in the bones and joints  pain. Muscles and joints become harder resulting in problems such as smallness. 

Ways to increase height;

Vitamin K and vitamin C strengthen the bones. These vitamins are found in meat,fish,and vegetables. Which cause height increase. 

Vitamin C correct the human system's to-use and needs hormones. This is found in grapefruit, oranges, pineapple. 

Eat foods that are good for you. Fatty foods are more beneficial. 

Sports and again children's physical development, so you should take special care of children's diet and give them adequate time for sports. 

Follow the instructions below to increase your height;

Freestyle swimming keeps the body light and frees the mind from stress that doesn't allow itself to grow. 

In breakfast, it is very useful for height increase with sagodana pudding. 

Mix a pinch of turmeric in a cup of milk and have it before going to bed at night. 

A diet that is high in dietary fiber and protein. 

To increase height you can do different exercises like playing football, cricket, throwing ball and hanging  etc. 

Not being  weighted  at a young age stops growt

Play basketball, yoga and stretching games. 

Don't use height enhancing drugs as they have many side effects. 

Include all vegetables and meat in your diet to get all the nutrients you need. 

Correct your walking and sitting posture, try to sit straight.
