Excess weight is actually a disease in which the person doesn't realise how many problems he is going to suffer due to this disease in the future.
Avoiding fruits and vegetables can make you gain weight, and American medical research has revealed  that not consuming fruits and vegetables people tend to consume foods rich in fat and calories that lead to weight gain .
How to loss weight;
To lose weight, you don't have face to hunger,you don't have to exercise hard and lose weight.

A cucumber  with some boiled chickpeas/beans, a little chicken piece or mutton piece,cabbage, olive oil, 2 drops of vinegar, black pepper and salt according to your taste, eat salad every afternoon.
Dinner, 
Eat home cooked food with half a loaf of bread for dinner follow this schedule to lose weight easily.

1, Make a salad special every time you eat so that  you can fill up on them instead of bread and rice
2,A diet that is low in calories.
3,Eat only when and if hunger strikes.
4,Think of food as fuel for the body, not as a source of pleasure.
5,Always eat sitting in one place, don't eat on the go.
6,Don't study or watch tv while eating.
7,Avoid ice cream sweets and bakery items.
8,Remember what, when, and how much you ate.
9,Stock up on fruits and foods  that are low in in fat ,salt and sugar.
10,Whenever you eat meat ,eat lean meat.
11,Drink water before eating, try not to drink water after eating.
12 , lemon water mix with honey take a glass early in the morning will be reduce your weight rapidly.
