What is Arthritis?

 joint pain is an inflammatory disease that causes pain, swelling, stiffness and joint  dysfunction.

In joint pain, inflammation occurs in different joints of body. The pain can b severe. This disease keeps the patient in severe pain for a long time. 
According to medical experts, arthritis can affect men,women and children at any age. 
Experts say, the easiest trick to get rid of it is to keep the joints active. 
One of the biggest problems of aging comes in the form of joint pain, but according to a new study, joint pain can affect people of all races and genders. One cause of joint pain is the reduction or loss of cartilage, which causes the bone to loosen and cause pain. This is colloquially known as loss of pulp or narrowing of the space between the bones. Bone hits bone and it hurts. 
Gout attacks sequentially I.e. if one knee or hand is affected, the other hand or knee will be affected in the same way. 
Symptoms of arthritis patients;
Apart from joint pain, it affects other parts of the body as well, people suffering from this disease feel tired, sometimes have a fever or or an overall feeling of being unwell. Affects in different ways in some people within a few months to a year or two years it ends without any noticeable damage. 
Some people have milder and less severe symptoms of the disease that get worse over time and sometimes get better over time, while others have more severe symptoms. Which is often active and persists for many years in life and causes severe joint damage and disability. 
Joints play major role in the body;
Joints play a major role in the movement of bones in the human body, including the shoulder and knee joints.
Causes of joint pain;
 The orthopedic specialist says that there are many causes of joint pain, the top of which is arthritis. 
According to American researchers;
According to American researchers ,this type of pain can occur in people over the age of forty,which causes pain in the wrists, hands, elbows, and knees. This pain is caused by the cartilage in the bones becoming fractured or broken. This pain is more common in women than in men, the includes pain in the joints, swelling of the joints and immune system is weakened. 
Joint pain makes life difficult;
Joint pain makes anyone's life hell as it is not only affects their daily activities but also restricts their mobility due to constant joint pain and swelling. They are restless and can not sleep even at night. According to recent research, it has been revealed that patients with poor sleep experience joint pain.
British experts say;
 British experts say, more than 10 million people in the UK are suffering from joint pain. According to statistics, two out of every three people suffering from this disease suffer from poor sleep,however, people suffering from joint and bone pain give secondary status to their insomnia and anxiety.
Lack of sleep is also a cause of joint pain;
 Scientists have revealed that it is bidirectional, meaning that just as sleep affects joint pain, lack of sleep also worsens joint and bone pain. If this condition persists, not only the joints become stiff, but the bones also start to break down. Getting good sleep is also important to avoid joint pain. 
If you feel these signs in the body ;
If you feel swelling, stiffness or severe pain in the areas around the bones .
Duration of bone pain exceeding three days.
You don't have a cold,but you have a constant fever. 
If any unnecessary changes in bone structure occur. 
Loss of joint movement.

In case of  severe joints pain, avoid any delay or omission and go straight to the doctor. The doctor will suggest X-rays and blood tests to determine the cause of your pain. 
Medical treatment;
The doctor will decide on the medication and treatment based on your joint pain. The doctor may also suggest surgery. If you reach the doctor at the right time, you may be treated with physiotherapy. 
Treatment with injections;
If the joints pain becomes severe, injections are given in the joints for joint pain, which give temporary relief, and after 3 months, the pain increases again. It is not controlled by injections and medicines, then it is replaced through surgery, which is the most expensive treatment and beyond the reach of the common man .modern science says that you should eat

These exercises can be helpful in arthritis as advised by the doctor. 
 You can do these exercises  with the help of physiotherapist or with the help of family members after few days you will feel better.
How to treatment joint pain with following these principles;
It is impossible to get immediate relief from joint pain 
Stay active at home and do light physiotherapy. 
Lose weight for long-lasting comfort. 
Massage with the pain killer balm to reduce muscle swelling and pain from joint pains. 
Sit in a bath tub with salt in lukewarm water for a while. 
Avoiding lifting weights and climbing stairs. 
Get proper rest in the right angle at night. 
Antioxidants in green tea have the ability to reduce inflammation. This significantly reduces muscle spasms and pain.
According to experts, the use of turmeric also reduces the pain and swelling of joint pain.
Turmeric milk;
Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric in lukewarm milk and drink it daily before sleep. 
Intake fiber;
Increase your intake of fiber green leafy vegetables are the best source of fiber. 
Lack of vitamin D;
A major cause of joint pain is lack of vitamin D in the body. 
The easiest way to get it is to sit in the sun light for 10 to 15 minutes every day. 
Home remedy;
Two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds powder and a tablespoon of sugar mix well  and use half a teaspoon with water in the morning and evening. 
In the first few days, the pain will not subside, after 15 days ,the pain will begin to decrease. With regular use, the pain will disappear.
