What is dengue virus??

Dengue fever;

Dengue fever is an infectious disease spread by mosquitoes and caused by dengue virus.

How is it spread?

 basically dengue viruses are spread to people through the bite of an infected Aedes mosquito. A Male mosquito cannot bite you just a female can .  because they need your blood for the growth of their eggs.
Some symptoms of dengue virus;
 Here i am going to share some symptoms of dengue virus number 1 nauseous vomiting rashes and pains in joints  and muscles behind eyes high temperature of body etc. Dengue  is common in more than one hundred countries around the world. 


 History of dengue virus;

If  we talk about the world wide history of dengue so the first case of dengue virus was described in 1685 in the city of Brazil.  And after seven years in Salvador a dengue epidemic led to 2000 deaths it was the first outbreak of dengue in the world. And in Pakistan the first case was recorded in 1994 . Every year research says that almost 400 million people gets infected by dengue. 
Prevention and treatment;
 with little effort we can save many lives. First thing that you have to do it is that, once a week empty, turn over ,cover or throw out any item that holds water, such as tires, buskets,toys ,pools , etc. Check inside your home and outside if there is anything you have to get rid from it.
Because the mosquito can fly for hundred metres looking for the water filled container dengue mosquito breed in clean water which may present in natural containers such as tree holes aur in artificial contactor. And now we will talk about self care. 
No:use mosquito oil or lemon oil or eucalyptus leaves it will help you to prevent yourself from mosquito bite number wear long sleeved shirts and long pants or trousers.
 No: dress up your child in clothing that covers arms and legs cover strollers and baby carriers with mosquito netting. 
Effected patient care routine;
If you or your family member have dengue it is important to avoid mosquito bites specially during the first week of illness to prevent further spread of the virus. must consult with a doctor and take complete rest follow the instructions of doctor and don't give aspirin or brofen to the patient. Most of people can recover in a week and
1 in 20 people who get sick will develop a severe dengue. severe dengue can result in shock internal bleeding and even death.
So if you are in dengue or your family members are in it take it seriously and take care of patient .
Home care;
 Must take a lot of liquids such as papaya juice , lemonade, grapefruit juice etc. With just a little effort and care we can overcome from this problem.
