MANGOES benefits for human health;

It is highly beneficial for human health, it is not needy. It is the opinion of doctors that a person who consumes fruits daily does not need a doctor. Mango is called the king of fruits. 



Best fruit of subcontinent;

It is a popular fruit and is considered one of the best fruit of the subcontinent. It has more properties then any other fruit . It has no rival in taste healing properties and effectiveness. Due to its cultivation in subcontinent it is cheap and easy to obtain. 

Varieties of mangoes;

There are many varieties of mangoes which are recognised by the shape colour and taste. 

Harmful mangoes;

However some common sweet and sour mangoes are harmful in some diseases.

Over use of mangoes disadvantage;

If you over use it and ignore maintenance it causes blood clots. From which some people get blisters in the mouth or boils come out. 
Special advised;
So it is advised to drink milk mixed with water after eating mangoes. It contains starchy ingredients. It makes the body fat. 
Mangoes have rich nutrients;
Mangoes are more nutritious than other fruits and are rich in vitamin A and C even contain more vitamins than apples and oranges. However for people with cold and cough mangos are harmful.
Treatment with mangoes;
 Mangoes are very beneficial for feeble body persons.
Heat fever treatment with mango:


In summer exposure to high heat causes fever in which the fever is so intense that the eyes become red.
Remedy ;
 In this case take a raw mango and press it into hot ash for a while after it becomes soft extract juice from and mix in cold water and give it to the patient. 
YOU can enjoy mangoes in different ways 

 likely fresh juice, squash, jam,chutney,Murabba,pickle ,ice cream, pudding, etc 
It makes hungry. The sweeter mango will , the hotter it will be. Raw mango has medicinal properties. Consuming lassi after eating mangoes increases its benefits.
