Eat fruits with immense importance and usefulness and be a treasure of nutrition and stay healthy. Because fruits of life are the Allah Almighty has blessed the flowers with His immense bounty.
Fruits are the best gift;Undoubtedly,fruits are the best gift of nature to the earthlings. Fresh fruits are a great boon for our health. Fruits have health and energy-sustaining properties and provide our body with nutrients and vitamins in abundance.
Natural ingredients in fruits;
Nature has included ingredients in fruits which are the guarantor of our health as well as immune during the attack of various diseases. Different fruits work as antidote in different diseases.
Fruits are for every age group;Children, young people, women, old people, all can be healthy with fruits. By using fruits, agility is maintained in the body until old age,because fruits have all the capabilities of digesting food and making it part of the body.They are an effective and natural means of growth.
Treatment with fruits;
The taste of fruits have their place, but few people realise the benefits of using them, while in this scientific age,where does anyone have enough time to enjoy the benefits of fruits or listen to anyone. All these things will happen only as long as the person remains healthy and when he gets sick and runs to doctors ,now all the gentleman agree that the life is healthy and happy with the constant consumption of fruits.
The same thing,if heared to in a state of health, diseases may not have a chance to approach, so so fruits taste are very pleasant and refreshing due the presence of sweets and citrus.
Citrus and sweet fruits benefits;
Citrus fruits are best for human health but sweet fruits are rich in vitamins and other healthy ingredients which are very useful to remove physical weakness. However, one should always choose ripe, fresh and clean fruits for eating.Because fresh fruits have different effects on the body due to their healthy effects.

Stomach, liver, nerves, skin, kidneys, blood,teeth gums etc.
Seasonal fruits are the best;
The fruits have immense importance and usefulness. Fruits are related to our health fruits are the life of every season. Life is beautiful and nutritious. Therefore, eating seasonal fruits is better than eating that are out of season. Eat fruits according to your taste and country season
