Diabetes

 I will tell you in this blogpost about early types of diabetes and treatment.

What is diabetes;

Diabetes is a metabolic disease in which the body fails to use glucose for energy. The body cannot take strength from food it needs, this is because the body doesn't make enough insulin or the insulin produced is not working properly. So insulin is an essential hormone that supplies our body's cells with sugar from food. The cells of the body begin to take strength from the sugar .sometimes the body's cells don't work well with insulin, which causes diabetes.

Main symptoms of diabetes;

Importance of insulin;

In diabetes, the hormone insulin stops making or the insulin dose not work properly. A hormone is a chemical messenger that travels from one part of the body to another. Insulin is the only way sugars taken in the body can be used for energy. It is only because of insulin that the food taken in this sugar serves as a source of energy for the body. Without insulin,  cells are unable to convert sugar into energy. The unused sugar is absorbed into the blood and then excreted in the urine.

Warming the body muscles working like a heartbeat breathing brain thinking millions of cells need energy of power to build and repair.

Behind the stomach is another organ called the pancreas. Inside the pancreas cells called beta cells that produce insulin.

Types of diabetes;

There are different types of diabetes, but type 1 diabetes is less common in children and young adults. In type 1 diabetes, the beta cells are destroyed and the body doesn't make any insulin. Now most young people develop type 2 diabetes

With this type of excess, the body must produce some insulin  but not enough to maintain blood sugar levels.

Treatment of type 1 diabetes;

There is almost only one treatment for type 1 diabetes around the world, and that is multiple injections of insulin that are administered in a way that keeps the insulin delivered. Meals should be planned in conjunction with medication, especially mealtimes. Eat more with more exercise and sometimes take less insulin to lower blood sugar levels several times a day.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes;

It can be managed with the healthy diet, physical exercise, weight loss and medication. It is very important to change your lifestyle to treat it.If the whole family adopts a healthy lifestyle for type 2 diabetes then the rest of the family members are less likely to develop diabetes because they are also close to the risk line.

When both care and diet fail to control blood sugar levels, doctors prescribe pills that help  insulin start working in the body. Some young people may need insulin injections despite a balanced diet. Exercise and weight loss are the  mainstays of type 2 diabetes.

FORBIDDEN FOODS

Doctors say that besides sugar, glucose syrup and soft drinks, food fried in ghee or oil in boxes, butter, fatty meat,sweets,chocolate, custard, pudding  egg yolks  etc. Stay away from them  this is poison killer for you.

Low dose;

Tea or Qehwa without sugar,Mince  without fat chicken,Milk,curd,bread,rice,juice, double bread,salted biscuits, oatmeal, cornflakes  gram lentil, beans,pears,Guava, red pomegranate,apricots, potatoes, palms,peach,strawberries, orange,carrots grapefruit, kiwifruit, beetroot, vinegar, pickle, falsa,radish citrus fruits etc.

 Use in low quantity according your sugar levels.  Always take food according to appetite. Take low quantity in one meal.you should eat five or six times a day because eating too much at one time increase the sugar and because of the longer interval between meals it decreases if after 2 or 3 hours you eat.If you eat food ,it will help to control sugar and in this way you will not feel full.This arrangement is mandatory for type 2 diabetes patients.
