Save Health

 Health is a great blessing of Allah.we should appreciate it. If we are healthy , then can move at will.To maintain health we should live close to nature. We should live disciplined life.Get up early. We should brush our teeth. Bath every day or every other third day.it keeps diseases away.we  should  go out for a walk.

Do some exercises 


  with whom we can be fresh all day.Eat simple and timely meals. 

Fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and meat should be eaten in adequate quantity. Our skin stays at its young with the use of milk and butter. Food should always be eaten on time. Eat when you feel hungry. This will never upset our stomach. After healthy and balanced diet.Do hard work which digests our meal.Play some games .Which strengthens our muscles. 

One should keep visiting green areas daily monthly or yearly.

By following these principles  we are immune from many diseases. 

Stay young for a long time.
