I will discuss with you in this blogpost how you can avoid indigestion .

 Indigestion problem ;

In the problems  of your life, indigestion has become almost a daily problem. 

Causes of indigestion;

What are the causes of what is actually indigestion  and how can it be remedied. 

Whatever food you eat.The component becomes the body. That is,the nutrients in this food  give your body the power to function. Each food has specific elements. It is not complete food.

Eat balanced diet;

So you should eat a balanced diet by changing the food or in other sense.so that your body can get all kinds of proper elements and nutrients. Which keep all the organs of the body healthy and energetic. 

Digestive system is indigestion;

But this is possible only if the food you eat is well digested. If your digestive system is indigestion, it means that the food is not digested well. So your body will not be able to utilize the nutrients of the food at all. 

Facing the diarrhoea problem;

And that  in case of diarrhoea.Food is expelled from the body with out  forming. FIRST you examine the causes of indigestion .

 Disadvantage Eating too much ;

The first problem  is eating too much. It means that any food should be eaten as the last day of life. Such a scene is usually seen in celebrations. 

Some foods are antagonistic to each other in terms of digestion. The stomach already contains excess food. The different foods on the top  make it stand out.

As a result;

Stomach gets tired. And man becomes a victim of indigestion.

 2nd problem is lack of chew to eat.The best rule is to  chew food and eat it slowly. It helps in digestion of food. 

The 3rd major reason is Stress.The more anxious the mind is,the more it will affect the digestive system. 

Therefore, it is important that food is eaten in a pleasant environment. However, it is  important that the food on the table is also pleasing to the heart. Pickles and chutneys can also b kept on the table. Which help in digestion. Eat whatever food you get  with pleasure. Every food must contain  nutrients that are required by the human body. 

The food you eat out of a bad heart or under someone's pressure will cause a hindrance in digestion. 

The 4th major cause market and fried  foods.Sometimes the stomach digests such foods. But if it becomes a habit.so these foods damage the internal weakness  of our body in such a way that somewhere the water falls continuously,so it makes a hole. 

Such food is poison for your stomach. Along with disabling, it also causes many diseases. 

The  5th reason is addiction like smoking, opium, alcohol and heroin etc. All these things are not only useless  in themselves. Rather, it is an enemy of stomach and digestive  system. There presence is a clear evidence of indigestion. 

In addition some occur naturally. That is ,a disease or certain foods that are naturally  not digested. But most people are the cause of this disease themselves. 

It resulted that;

One should eat simple food  and eat with  hunger. 

Second  the less weight will be put on the stomach will be healthy.

Even if the food belongs  to someone,  the stomach  is yours. 

Don't trouble yourself for the slightest taste of tongue.

If you eat fresh  jaggery   piece after your meal then stomach will digest food and you will feel relax.
